Avaliação da viabilidade econômica do HRT na prática oftalmológica diária

Resumo

Objetivo: avaliar a viabilidade econômica do HRT na prática oftalmológica diária de um consultório, estabelecendo correlação entre o número de consultas particulares e conveniadas necessárias para obter o retorno do capital empregado. Métodos: o planejamento financeiro deste modelo de estudo foi executado baseado na estimativa de depreciação do equipamento HRT em cinco anos. Os valores considerados para o investimento foram os valores pagos no momento da aquisição dos equipamentos. Utilizou-se o ponto de equilíbrio para estabelecer o volume de exames necessários, e, a partir dele, calculou-se o intervalo de tempo necessário para obter o retorno do investimento inicial. Resultados: no presente estudo, o retorno do capital empregado será possível após 1,99 mês ou 0,17 ano considerando um número máximo de 300 exames/mês. Conclusão: a margem de lucro será diretamente proporcional ao aumento do número de exames particulares em relação aos conveniados. Ao aumentar a composição junto ao número de exames particulares, observa-se uma retração no ponto de equilíbrio, necessitando assim de menor número de exames mensais para se atingir maior retorno.
