Multiprofissional residency on health: has been worth it?

Abstract
Introduction: It was create a Multi‑professional Residential on Health programs of Faculdade de Medicina do ABC (FMABC), in the Cancer and Elder Care, with the first class initiated in 2014. With 22 medical residents e 22 students that started in 2015, the programs consider the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) principals and stick with the educational programs together with the institute premises. Experience report: With the partnership of Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo and São Caetano do Sul cities, the viability of these programs are being guaranteed, which covers strategic methods that take the medical residents to practice, making possible interdisciplinary field of Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Occupational Therapy. The city health politics and FMABC are articulated to provide the execution of three assistance levels of programs and, because that agreement, the medical residential were distributed and fixed in the cities to better understand the dynamic of the services. The effort in this integration is still in a continue mode, searching to involve the community and suiting the practices to the prevailing problems. To incentive the preceptors into this process, FMABC offers post‑graduation scholarship. Conclusion: The lack of recourses provided by the Ministers to leverage the programs through financial incentives to the employees of all instances and articulations difficulties between cities for the different strategic politics of health between them have been showed limited in the execution of present projects.
